Post Oak Schoolhouse is a beautiful historic venue perfect for
anything from a lavish wedding to a simple weekend getaway.
Built in 1906, the Schoolhouse served as a rural school for grades 1st through 8th for over 50 years. After the school closed in 1958, an addition was added, and the building was converted into a home.
The Schoolhouse recently underwent extensive renovations, which brought back many of the historic details (including the original hardwood floor) and added numerous modern conveniences. Today, the Schoolhouse boasts large dining and living spaces, a full kitchen with professional quality appliances, three bedrooms, and three full bathrooms.

The dining room features a large country-style table that easily seats 12 guests.

The Schoolhouse grounds feature a stone patio, gorgeous outdoor fireplace, barn, rolling fields, and even a historic out-house.
